Abbotsford Thought Leaders?

OK I read again the Imagine Abbotsford website where it states that 20 of Abbotsford's thought leaders went to the lush tranquil Heritage Valley Resort to discuss Abbotsford 30 years from now.

As a citizen of this city I am offended that these people would arbitrarily speak of themselves as thought leaders in this community.

While I agree with many of the views of the document, to place 20 people above all the other possible candidates in this city is ridiculous.

There are many people in this city that speak out from the grassroots level who see some of the organizations that these "thinkers" come from to be redundant and not in the best interests of the average citizens of this city.

So keep up the "thinking" and the rest of us will get dirty in the trenches.
